Assignment of Cases from the District Court to the Circuit Court
Where cases are assigned by a district court, to a circuit court, in accordance
with W.S. § 5-3-112(a)(iii) and (iv), the parties shall give notice to the district
court of their decision not to consent to such assignments within 10 days of the
date of entry of the order assigning the case to a circuit court.
