Organization and Duties of the Wyoming State Bar
These rules are promulgated pursuant to the Wyoming Constitution and
Wyo.Stat.Ann. § 5-2-118 and provide for the organization and government of
the state bar association, which shall be called the Wyoming State Bar. As an
administrative agency of the Supreme Court, the Wyoming State Bar has the
duty of carrying out those administrative functions which are delegated to it by
the Supreme Court through rules duly promulgated by the Court. The
Supreme Court has the ultimate authority to insure that those powers and
duties delegated to the Bar pursuant to such rules are fully and faithfully
executed.
