Membership
The committee shall be appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court,
and shall consist of three judges, retired judges, or retired justices, and two
members of the Wyoming State Bar. Of the judicial members, at least one shall
be a district judge and at least one shall be a circuit court judge. No currently
serving justice shall be a member of the committee. The members of the
committee shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed by the
Supreme Court for necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their
duties on the committee.
