Defamatory Material
The filing of papers with or the giving of testimony before the Commission
shall be privileged in any action for defamation. A writing that was privileged
prior to its filing with the Commission does not lose its privilege by the filing.
A recommendation filed by the Commission in the Wyoming Supreme Court
retains its privilege and is an affirmative defense in an action for defamation.
