Scope of Title

These rules are promulgated pursuant to Wyo. Const. art. 5, § 6(e)(iv), and

constitute the procedures for the operation of the Commission on Judicial

Conduct & Ethics (Commission) including exercise of the Commission’s disciplinary powers.
