Appeals
(a) Family Court Cases. — Appeals from final orders in family court shall be made in accordance with the Rules of Practice and Procedure for Family Court.
(b) Circuit Court Cases. — Appeals from final orders in circuit court shall be made in accordance with the Rules of Appellate Procedure.
