Continuing Jurisdiction, Assignment of Cases

(a) Where practical, post-judgment matters shall be assigned to the trial judge who entered judgment.

(b) Under guidelines established in TCA 4, the chief judge may reassign post-judgment matters on a

case-by-case basis as necessary.
