Venue in Motions to Contest the Administrative Enforcement of a Support Obligation

(a) If the obligor or a third party receives notice from the Department of Workforce Development that

an administrative enforcement action allowed by statute is being pursued, the notice shall direct the

obligor or third party where to file their motion to contest the administrative procedure.

(b) All motions shall be filed with the court in the county in which the order or judgment seeking to be

enforced has been entered.
