SCR 40.07

Proof of qualifications

The burden of proof shall be on the applicant to establish

qualifications under SCR 40.02. Refusal of an applicant to furnish

available information or to answer questions relating to the applicant's

qualifications shall be deemed a sufficient basis for denial of the

certification for admission.
