SCR 22.44

Retention of records

activein force · 2025-10-30 – presentact-effective-date

Records of all matters in which a complaint or petition is filed

with the supreme court or in which discipline is imposed shall be

retained for at least 10 years. Records of all other matters shall be

retained for at least three years.
