Definitions - "Bona Fide"
The term "bona fide" means: "In or with good faith; honestly; openly and sincerely;
without deceit or fraud." "Bona fide" is also defined as "Truly; actually; without simulation
or pretense. . . real, actual, genuine, and not feigned."
