Member Grievances

activein force · 2026-10-01 – presentcompiled-edition

Members have the right to file a grievance with their HMO if they are unsatisfied with the services of the HMO or its providers. A

member can file a grievance at any time for issues like:

• Service quality.

• Disrespect from a provider or an employee.

• Violations of their member rights.

Members should contact the Wisconsin HMO Ombudsman Program to help solve the problem or write a formal grievance to the

HMO. The SSI External Advocate can help SSI HMO members with filing a grievance.
