Direct Review of a Final Decision of an Administrative Agency

The appellate court accepts direct review of a final decision of an administrative agency in

an adjudicative proceeding under RCW 34.05.518 and RCW 34.05.522 by entering an order or

ruling accepting review. In requesting direct review, the parties shall follow the procedures set

forth in rule 6.2.
