Wash. R. App. P. 13.6

Acceptance of Review

The Supreme Court accepts discretionary review of a decision of the Court of Appeals by

granting a motion for discretionary review or by granting a petition for review. Upon accepting

discretionary review, the Supreme Court may specify the issue or issues as to which review is

granted.
