Rutland Criminal Division
(1) Represented Defendant’s Appearance at Status Conferences and Calendar Call
Hearings
A defendant who is represented by counsel is not required to appear, in person or
remotely, for Status Conferences and Calendar Call Hearings unless otherwise
ordered by the court.
(2) Attorneys Remote Appearance at Status Conferences and Calendar Call Hearings
An attorney may appear remotely at Status Conferences and Calendar Call
Hearings without filing a motion, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
