For your information, please find Administrative Directive 36 – Temporary Postponement of
Jury Trials: Administrative Directive 36 – Temporary Postponement of Jury Trials
This Directive was issued on March 13, 2020; effective immediately.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the emerging threat to public health, the Court orders
the superior courts to postpone until at least April 15, 2020 any jury case for which the jury has not
yet been drawn with some exceptions.
The Court will continue to monitor the situation and will amend this directive as necessary to
respond to the evolving pandemic.
