Court Administrator Administrative Directive PG-14: Electronic Filing BRACE
STATE OF VERMONT
OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR
AUTHORIZATION OF ELECTRONIC FILING IN
BENNINGTON, RUTLAND, ADDISON, CHITTENDEN UNITS,
AND ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION
Pursuant to 2020 Vermont Rule for Electronic Filing 1(d), the Court Administrator
authorizes electronic filing to commence in all divisions of Bennington, Rutland, Addison, and
Chittenden Units, and in the Environmental Division, beginning October 19, 2020. This notice will
be sent to all members of the Vermont Bar with instructions on how to efile consistent with the
2020 Vermont Rules for Electronic Filing.
This directive is effective immediately.
