Vt. Bar Admission Rule 25

APPEAL TO COURT; ORIGINAL JURISDICTION

Except as otherwise provided in these rules, an individual may appeal from a decision of the

Board or Committee by filing an action with the Supreme Court as a matter of original jurisdiction

and in accordance with the Vermont Rules of Appellate Procedure.

Rule 25 is derived from the prior rule § 14(b). The rule is not

substantively changed.
