Vt. Bar Admission Rule 19

RESTRICTION ON FUTURE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

An Applicant who is denied a certification of Good Moral Character and Fitness is not eligible to

apply for admission to the Bar for a period of 2 years after the denial.

This rule is derived from portions of the prior rule § 11. Minor

changes from prior rule § 11 reflect the Committee’s current

practice.
