RULINGS OF THE COURT
You as jurors determine the facts. I instruct you on the law. By the rulings which I made during the course of the trial, I did not intend to indicate to you or to express my own views about this case. I made my rulings based on the law. You are obligated to accept the law as I give it to you in these instructions. You, and you alone, are the triers of the facts. Each of you, as jurors, must determine the facts for yourselves in reaching a verdict.
