Va. Sup. Ct. R. 5:16

Disposition of Record

When there can be no further proceedings in this Court, the clerk of this Court will

return the record to the clerk of the trial court or commission in which the case

originated. The record must be returned by that clerk upon the request of the clerk of this

Court.
