Va. Sup. Ct. R. 3C:1
Purpose and Effective Date
These rules are promulgated by the Supreme Court of Virginia pursuant to § 16.1-
69.40:2 of the Code of Virginia to carry out the provisions of Chapter 605 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1978 and Chapter 421 of the Acts of Assembly of 1989.
