Sodomy—Penetration
To be sodomy by [fellatio; anal intercourse], there must be penetration, no matter how slight, of
the penis into the [mouth; anus] of another. Mere touching of the penis to the [mouth; anus] is not
sufficient. It is not necessary that there be an ejaculation.
