Possession of Forged Writing
Possession of a forged writing by the defendant who tries to use it to obtain money thereon
creates an inference that the defendant forged the writing, unless upon consideration of all the
evidence you have a reasonable doubt that the defendant forged the writing.
OR
You may infer that the defendant forged (describe writing) if the defendant possessed the
forged (describe writing) and attempted to obtain money with it, unless upon consideration of all
the evidence you have a reasonable doubt that the defendant forged the (describe writing).
