Drug paraphernalia means any equipment, product or material either designed for use or
intended by the defendant for use in [processing; growing; packaging; introducing into the human
body] [a controlled substance; marijuana].
If you find from the evidence that the defendant [sold; possessed with intent to sell] drug
paraphernalia, then you shall find the defendant guilty [but you shall not fix the punishment until your
verdict has been returned and further evidence has been heard by you].
If you find that the Commonwealth has failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the
defendant [sold; possessed with intent to sell] drug paraphernalia, then you shall find the defendant
not guilty.
