Entry of Residence Pursuant to Arrest Warrant.
To lawfully enter a residence based on an arrest warrant, the officer must have reason to believe at the time of entry that 1) the person named in the arrest warrant was living at that residence;
and 2) that person was actually in the residence at the time.
