Knowledge as to Conduct or as to Result.
A person acts ["knowingly"] ["with knowledge"] when the person:
is aware of the nature of [his][her] conduct; or
is aware of the particular circumstances surrounding [his] [her] conduct; or
is aware that [his] [her] conduct is reasonably certain to cause a particular result.
"Conduct" means either an act or an omission.
