Scope; Definitions
(a) Scope
These Local Rules are intended to set out local procedures for the Eastern District of Washington
consistent with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. They are designated as LCrR and numbered to
correspond, where possible, with rules having similar subject matter as the Federal Rules of Criminal
Procedure. THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO ANY ORDER OF THE PRESIDING JUDGE IN AN
INDIVIDUAL CASE.
