Relationship to Local Rules of Civil Procedure

The Local Rules of Civil Procedure are applicable in all criminal cases, except to the extent that

they are inconsistent with either the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure or the Local Rules of

Criminal Procedure. Practitioners are advised to be fully familiar with the Local Rules of Civil

Procedure.
