Sanctions for Criminal Rule Violations
On a party’s motion or on its own, the court may impose sanctions against an
attorney, a party, or both for violating these rules. Sanctions include costs, reasonable
attorney’s fees, a fine, a combination of these, or any other sanction the court deems
appropriate.
