N.D. Tex. LCrR 58.1
Procedure Governed by Miscellaneous Order
The procedures for conducting proceedings involving minor criminal offenses, as defined
by 18 U.S.C. § 3401, shall be governed by the current miscellaneous order establishing
such procedures.
