Assignment and Transfer of Cases
(a) Assignment of Cases. The district judges shall determine the method by which all
cases are assigned to individual judges.

(b) Transfer of Cases. A party desiring to transfer a case from the assigned presiding
judge to another judge of this court must file a motion to transfer.
