Security for Costs
(a) Security for Costs. The Court may require any party to furnish security for costs in an
amount and on such terms as are just. The Court may modify an order to furnish security for
costs at any time.
(b) Failure to Furnish Security. The failure of a party to furnish security for costs, after being
directed to do so, may be grounds for an involuntary dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b), or
an entry of default under Fed. R. Civ. P. 55.
