M.D. Pa. L.R. 83.8.1.2
Qualifications
Any person of good, moral and professional character shall be entitled to admission as an
attorney of this court, provided that the person is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court
of Pennsylvania, and provided that the person is a member in good standing in every
jurisdiction where the person has been admitted to practice and neither has been disbarred
nor is subject to pending disciplinary proceedings.
LR 83.8 Admission to Practice.
In order to practice in this court, an attorney must be admitted to practice under these
rules, except as provided in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45(f).
