Judgments pursuant to a Warrant of Attorney

No judgment shall be entered on any warrant of attorney more than ten (10) years old but

less than twenty (20) years old without leave of court. If the warrant is more than ten (10)

but less than twenty (20) years old, the motion for leave shall be accompanied by an

affidavit of one having knowledge of the facts, stating the due execution of the warrant,

nonpayment, and that the obligor is alive. If the warrant is twenty (20) or more years old, a

petition shall be filed for a rule to show cause why leave should not be granted and service

of the petition and rule shall be made on the obligor, if he or she is within this district.
