Conduct of Counsel (See Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(c) and (d))

Counsel present at a deposition will not engage in any conduct that would not otherwise be allowed in the presence of a judge.

March 1, 2012: LR 30-3: "Counsel to a deposition" has been changed to "Counsel present at a deposition."
