Removed Actions - Bankruptcy

A notice of removal from state court filed pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9027 shall be

filed with the bankruptcy clerk. All such removed claims and causes of action are hereby

referred to the appropriate bankruptcy judge to be heard and, unless withdrawn by a district

judge, such bankruptcy judge shall enter appropriate orders and judgments, subject to review

by a district judge or appeal to a district judge as appropriate under 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 158

and the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
