Soliciting, Loitering, and Disruptive Behavior
The solicitation of business relating to bail bonds or to employment as counsel is prohibited.
Loitering in or about federal court facilities is prohibited. Any behavior which impedes or disrupts
the orderly conduct of court business is prohibited. Signs, placards, or banners may not be brought
into a court facility.
