Petition to Enter a Plea of Guilty
Counsel for the defendant shall complete a Petition to Enter Plea of Guilty (Form CR-05), available
on the Court’s website. The completed but unsigned petition shall be provided to the Court, in
compliance with the Procedure for Submitting Criminal Plea-Related Documents, available on the
Court’s website, and to counsel for the government at least three business days before the change-of-plea hearing.
