Waiver of Appearance
A defendant desiring to waive his or her appearance for arraignment on a Superseding Indictment,
under Fed. R. Crim. P. 10(b), shall complete, sign, and submit a Waiver of Appearance at
Arraignment (Form CR-15), available on the Court’s website, in compliance with the instructions
provided on the form, at least one business day before the scheduled arraignment.
