S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 83.1
Free Press - Fair Trial Provisions
(a) Disclosure of Information by Court Personnel. No employee of this Court may
disclose any information relating to a pending proceeding before this Court that is not
part of the public records of this Court. This Rule specifically prohibits the disclosure
of information concerning grand jury proceedings, in camera proceedings, and
proceedings held in chambers.
(b) Orders in Special Cases. This Court may in appropriate cases issue special orders
governing any conduct likely to interfere with the rights of the parties to a fair trial.
