N.D. Ohio L. P. R. 6.2

Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, and subject to the convenience of the Court's

calendar, a Trial on all cases subject to these rules shall be conducted within seventy five (75) days

after the filing date of the last dispositive motion brief allowed by Local Rule.
