Claim Construction Submissions
(a) Not later than fifteen (15) days after exchanging Final Claim Constructions pursuant
to L. P. R. 4.2(c), the parties shall contemporaneously file and serve their opening
claim construction briefs and any evidence supporting claim construction, including
witness testimony or declarations (“Opening Claim Construction Submissions”).
(b) Not later than thirty (30) days after the filing of the Opening Claim Construction
Submissions, the parties shall contemporaneously file and serve responding claim
construction briefs and any evidence supporting claim construction, including any
responding experts’ certifications or declarations.
(c) Without prior approval of the Court, all memoranda related to Claim Construction
Submissions shall be limited to twenty-five (25) pages. Appendices of evidentiary,
statutory or other materials are excluded from these page limitations and may be
bound separately from the memorandum.
