Standard Conditions of Supervision
While the defendant is on probation or supervised release pursuant to the judgment of the
Court, the defendant shall not commit another federal, state, or local crime.
In addition, the defendant shall comply with other conditions of probation or supervised
release as adopted by the Court, the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, and the
Judicial Conference of the United States. A copy of the standard conditions of supervision are
available in the Clerk's Office and are attached as Appendix B to these Local Criminal Rules.
These standard conditions of supervision are in addition to any other special conditions imposed
by the Court.
