Availability of Local Rules
Copies of these Local Rules and all Court documents referenced herein are available at
the Clerk’s Offices in Buffalo and Rochester, and on the Court’s webpage at
http://www.nywd.uscourts.gov. The following documents may be modified from time to time,
at the Court’s discretion. Counsel and pro se litigants are expected to comply with the most current
Rules, plans and procedures.

Persons, other than litigants permitted to proceed in forma pauperis, who wish to obtain a
copy of these Local Rules and/or other documents by mail must provide a self-addressed envelope
at least 9" x 12" in size with sufficient postage affixed.
