S.D.N.Y. Local Civil Rule 7.1.1

Disclosure Statement

For purposes of Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(b)(2), “promptly” means “within 14 days,” that is,

parties must file a supplemental disclosure statement within 14 days of the time there is

any change in the information required in a disclosure statement filed in accordance

with those rules.

PRE-2024 COMMITTEE NOTE The Committee believes that Local Civil Rule 7.1.1 continues to serve a useful purpose in helping to ensure that Judges will be given prompt notice of changes that might require consideration of possible recusal.
