N.D.N.Y. L. R. Cr. P. 32.3
Letters in Support for Defendant at Sentencing
All letters in support with regard to the Defendant’s character must be electronically filed in
CM/ECF no later than seven (7) days prior to the sentencing date to be considered by the Court
unless good cause is shown after the seven (7) day deadline.
