Motion for Attorneys’ Fees under 42 U.S.C. 406(b)
Motions for attorney’s fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) shall be filed within fourteen
(14) days pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d)(2)(B) from the date plaintiff’s counsel of record was
notified of the final notice of award at the conclusion of defendant’s past-due benefit calculation
or within the time frame set forth in Sinkler vs. Berryhill, 932 F.3d 83, 88 (2d Cir. 2019). See
General Order 18.
