N.D.N.Y. L. Pat. R. 4.1
Inapplicability To Design and Variety of Plant Patents
Unless otherwise requested by a party and determined by the Court to be warranted, the
provisions of this Local Patent Rule 4 shall not apply to design or variety of plant patents.
