D.N.M.LR-Cr. 11.2
Deferring Acceptance or Rejection of Plea Agreements
The Court will defer a
decision on the acceptance or rejection of the plea agreement until the Court has
reviewed the presentence report, even in instances where the Court has accepted the
guilty plea.
